DeadLetter was born from a simple frustration: watching talented students give up on scholarships because they only knew about the same overcrowded awards everyone else was applying to. We asked—what if there was a tool that could systematically find the opportunities nobody else sees, and then tell you exactly why you have a real shot at winning them?

That's what we built. DeadLetter scours the forgotten corners of the internet—small foundation websites, local civic organizations, niche professional groups, county-level programs—and uses AI to score every award by how hidden it is and how winnable it is for you specifically. We call it your Leverage Index. The higher the score, the less competition you face.
